Who’s That Broooooooooown!

8 02 2011

So I was going through a couple of videos yesterday, and I saw some music videos that were inspired by video games. This is some crazy level of creativity!

P.S: Check for the animations of the “reject” and “the jerk” on this one! L-O-L

So…for the sake of not saying anything, I would like to say that we’ve been working very hard on our drawing boards, and we’re coming out with a surprise in the next few weeks with a fresh batch of Twitter inspired shirts, and a few others from our #Random collection.

If you need a hookup, holla at me, Demola on 08023903311 or email strictlynaijaclothing@gmail.com, or follow us on Twitter (@StrictlyNaija)

See the pictures below. Enjoy!

The First (lazy) Post!

3 03 2010

Call it laziness, call it procastination….or just lack of discipline! I’ve finally decided to put up my first post, after hours of  playing around with the blog page (and getting little done!).

I’m really exciting this month because there are a bunch of events to not miss out on, like tonight’s (03/03/10) Industry Night @ Tribeca, at 9pm with Kel, Wizkid, Skales, General Pype, YQ, OverDose, DJ Humility, DJ Sose et al. So that is something definitely worth checking out.

Also, Knighthouse Street Scriptures Vol. 1 is finally out on http://www.notjustok.com, http://www.mytruspot.com and http://www.zoomdrums.com , so you can cop that online.

It’s a good month this march eh?

March also finally (finally!) brings about the release of one of the most anticipated albums for a while now, from Jesse Jagz, ‘subtly’ titled “Jag of All Trades”…very subtly titled.

Speaking of which,  Iceprince and Jagz threw it down (amongst other performers) at KokoLounge on Monday Night’s Open Mic….On a MONDAY NIGHT! It felt like Friday all over again!

Finally, Strictly Naija Clothing is working with Tosyn Bucknor’s Sickle Cell Awareness, “Jeans for Genes”, the second edition, on the 27th of March, at Swe Bar. Also billed for the event are Toni Payne, Happy Facez, OUCH! and Imagine Clothing. Performing on the day are Skuki, Lami, Mo Cheddah, Whiz Kid, Overdose, Loose Kaynon, Hakym the Dream, Zara, Skales, Willy Bang and Dipp, so expect a day of Entertainment and mind-blowing Creativity

Finally I’ve attached 3 of the shirts we’d be making for specifically for the “Jeans for Genes”, hopefully we’d get these through to people who want to buy prior to the show.

Till then, have a great one ahead!
